Dr. McNaught did an amazing job with my son's wisdom teeth removal. My son has a rare medical condition and an extreme fear of needles. We had gone through 2 other offices in the last 2 years trying to find a way to accommodate my son's needs and have the wisdom teeth removal. Dr. McNaught really listened to our concerns in the pre-op appointment. He went above and beyond to accommodate my son's needs. He was able to successfully complete the surgery. I left with tears of joy that my child was finally able to get the care he needed thanks to Dr. McNaught.

I want to offer this practice and viewer’s a sincere and public apology for a review I recently posted regarding my experience.
I was in a state of deep distress after receiving devastating news about my upcoming and very urgent appointment, being certain it would be canceled for neglect by liberty not being forthcoming about my billing.
I was horribly incorrect about this.
in my pain and frustration, I directed that anger toward the wrong place.
*** It has been my primary insurance this entire time. *** through recorded phone calls and numerous witnesses.

The truth is, the delays and denials I’ve been battling were the result of serious failures by my primary insurance provider, not the wonderful office and surgeons at liberty.
I was misled for weeks, told I would be covered for IV sedation, including both top and bottom implants until just last week, only to have that pulled away at the last moment.
I have already been forced into homelessness to qualify for Medicaid, which was never even addressed, and now can’t due to my accelerated decline in health, and this blow felt like the final straw.

That doesn’t remotely excuse the fact that I wrongly placed blame on my surgical team at liberty.
Until this horrible mistake that had zero to do with my liberty, they have been nothing but professional, communicative, and respectful throughout this very difficult process, and I deeply regret misrepresenting that.

I have removed or updated my review to reflect the facts and to correct the unfair impression I recently given.
It was wrong period.
I’m still fighting for my health.
But I will not let that fight come at the cost of someone else’s undeserved reputation who has very extensive list of happy and very thankful patients.
I’m very sorry.

In addition my surgery is still on.
I was not forced or compelled in any way to write this, but my health would have suffered greatly today if I did not right this wrong.
Thank you for giving me a chance to finally be healthy and reunited with my family again.

Best dental work I have ever had. 78 years old. PAINLESS

I had an implant done and before that a consult. Dr. Mclellan and staff were excellent. They quickly put me at ease and provided excellent care. Dr. Mclellan thoroughly explained the procedure and kept me informed while doing the procedure. After the implant Dr. MClellan called me to see how I was doing and said to call him personally if I had any questions. I had almost zero pain during and after the procedure. I highly recommend Liberty Oral Surgery. Also, be prepared to laugh as Dr. Mclellan tells some funny jokes.

All the help was very good with my care and very thoughtful. Katie was extremely helpful great employee

Oral surgery is not something I look forward to, but Dr. McClellan and his staff work hard to make it as comfortable as possible. Besides doing great work, they are pros at explaining what's going on and helping me understand and be involved in the process and goals. I highly recommend.
